My Yoga practice brings me joy, serenity, challenge and nourishment and allows me to be the very best version of myself, on and off my mat. It is my heartfelt intention to reflect this authentically in the space I hold for others as they explore and connect to themselves through their practice.
I have been sharing Yoga with others since 2016. I opened my studio, YO Yoga NZ, in Hawke’s Bay in 2019 and my offerings include Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Kids’ Yoga, Sensory Yoga, 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training and one-on-one Yoga to individuals with neurodiversities and/or additional needs.
Your Own Yoga NZ (or YO Yoga NZ) offers a practice tailored to the uniqueness of you. It is individualised, personalised and responsive Yoga based on what you and your body need on any given day, at any given time. Your Own Yoga classes balance movement, breath and stillness to suit your body and are suitable for anybody and EVERY-body. Your Own Yoga is Yoga for wellness.
As an educator and a Yoga Teacher, I take responsibility for ensuring the wellbeing of the young people I work with. I launched Your Own Yoga Kids in Hawke’s Bay in 2019 to broaden the scope of my work and reach a greater number of children and young people.
