Nervous System Nourishment
In this restorative yoga class, we will focus on gently calming and resetting the nervous system through slow, intentional movement and breathwork. The class is designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes deep relaxation and stress reduction. Through mindful practices such as Yoga Nidra and pranayama, I will offer techniques to release tension and cultivate a sense of calm and balance.
