It is a practice that awakens the Heart and allows it to express through sound.Kirtan offers experiences of giving and receiving, and of listening and sounding, which leads to blissful dissolution and the experience of profound inner silence. Those that attend this evocative session will be skilfully guided by the musicianship and experienced leadership of the Hawkes Bay Kirtan collective.
