Power Vinyasa Fusion Helen will take you through a Baptiste based power vinyasa practice interwoven with some breathwork and she may even pop in a kundalini meditation at the end. The practice will be weaved around a theme at the subtle and physical levels. Helen has been teaching power vinyasa and other modalities since 2009 and originally trained in the Baptiste style in 2006, in Washington DC. She is currently studying Kundalini with Soreya James and enjoys bringing the two together in her classes.

Playful, flowing movements in this session are associated with the element water and are designed to get the Qi (or energy) moving around your body.This Yin-Yang Flow session will create stability in joints, strengthen and lengthen muscles and build endurance through the repetition of strong postures.This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. No props required for this session, just yourself and your yoga mat.

Using proven drills to help build your strength, flexibility, balance and alignment for handstands this 2 hours Master Class will take you on an enjoyable and challenging journey. Learn about injury prevention, shoulder and wrist conditioning, as well as core stability. You will also build confidence for holding freeholding handstands, learn techniques to press to handstand, and different entries, including tuck, one leg kick and floating from straddle and pike. In my class I will teach hatha yoga, chanting and pranayama through techniques in a proper manner of exhale and inhale. I am passionate to explain to people about how they can connect their mind and soul together. I will be fortunate if I could bring awareness of yoga. I will inspire people for practicing yoga and get on the mat with dynamic power for their body and mind. I will let people know how they can change the body with the aesthetics of a trained body, but ultimately enjoy the feeling of the healthy body even more. Also how they can achieve peace and clarity of mind through chanting and pranayama. My aim is to enable the learners to have good health, practice mental hygiene, possess emotional stability and attain a higher level of consciousness.

Mantra is the applied use of sound to impact consciousness. A mantra is a word or sound repeated to orient the mind in meditation and to shift the frequency of our thoughts, and thus our experience in life. When we chant these repetitive sounds tapping the 84 meridian points of the upper palate, we change our brain and body chemistry. This 90 minute experience supports a shift in consciousness changing habits, patterns, addictions and our overall well-being. Come and have an experience of permanent change and transformation.
TSY is a way to be present, connect and befriend your own body. This evidence based practice is as effective as cognitive based therapies for decreasing the effects of PTSD. Created with trauma in mind, this practice is available to anyone that would like to deepen their connection with their body and build internal awareness and regulation skills (interoception). Differing from traditional yoga practices, TSY offers invitations, choices and awareness of present moment experiences throughout. Your facilitator will participate alongside you without leaving their mat. Mark will be facilitating a nourishing and gentle-paced 90-minute yin yoga class suitable for everybody and every body – absolutely no experience necessary. Mark believes yin yoga should be a unique, grounding experience for every participant as you move mindfully into gentle shapes/asanas and rebounds of your choice. This is an opportunity to perhaps reconnect with your body, slow down and gently move your focus from the outside world to the one within. Bring blocks/bolsters if you have them – but these will not be necessary.

But, when we can work with our emotions and regulate as needed, we can access more joyful, healthy, connected, resilient, and fulfilling lives. This workshop is designed to bolster the practical understanding, toolkit, and self-attunement needed to do just that. We'll get clear and compassionate about needs, emotions, the nervous system, and stress responses. Connect to these parts of you and your inner child along the way, through guided journal exercises. You'll also try proven emotional regulation tools for everyday life, before finishing with a moment of release and grounding. Take this moment to deepen the connection, understanding, ease, trust, grace, and skill you have with your emotions. Please bring a journal and pen.
This interactive workshop we will explore clearing exercises supported by breathing techniques which are designed to help you stay present in the moment. Workshopping the impact of our sub conscious mind and the words, emotions, thoughts we have that impact & determine our beliefs & behaviour.
