Somatic Movement Education is a powerful tool that addresses the impact of stress and trauma on our bodies and overall well-being. It recognizes that movement is vital for our daily functioning, from basic activities like breathing to more complex tasks. However, stress and trauma can lead to chronic muscle tightness, often without us even realizing it, resulting in a decrease in the quality of our daily lives. A Key aspect of Somatic Movement Education is learning the technique of pandiculation. Pandiculation serves as a catalyst for connecting the brain to the muscles. Through this technique, we can rewire our neural pathways, facilitating more efficient and coordinated movements. By practicing pandiculation, we can learn to move with greater ease, releasing habitual patterns of tension and creating a harmonious relationship between our brain and muscles. By sensing our bodies from within, moving with more ease through pandiculation, challenging habitual movement patterns, and cultivating patience, persistence, and positivity, we can transform our bodies and minds, reduce stress, tension, fatigue and any aches, pains you may have.

Two sets of Tibetan bowls on either side of the room, and two Sound healers to send you on your magic carpet ride to infinity...The room will be filled with high frequency sound from the Tibetan bowls and beams of reiki energy (no hands on). You'll open the body with a few gentle movements, and then lie in shavasana (resting position) for almost an hour, to receive all the magic that these two modalities bring. The experience is one of deep peace, bliss and often extremely insightful and transformative. It is always a powerful journey within.

He currently leads the New Zealand based Maca and cacao research program that studies Andean and Amazonian plant medicines and their bioactive components.Sally Huapaya is a native Peruvian of Andean descent, with a Bachelor in engineering and ancestral knowledge of traditional Peruvian medicinal plants and Andean/Amazonian cosmovision. She has a passion to bring the sacred plant knowledge of her people to the world and promoting respect and acknowledgement to the indigenous farmers and communities that produce them.
