This workshop is designed to bolster the practical understanding, toolkit, and self-attunement needed to do just that. We'll get clear and compassionate about needs, emotions, the nervous system, and stress responses. Connect to these parts of you and your inner child along the way, through guided journal exercises. You'll also try proven emotional regulation tools for everyday life, before finishing with a moment of release and grounding. Take this moment to deepen the connection, understanding, ease, trust, grace, and skill you have with your emotions. Please bring a journal and pen.
