Adam is a Hridaya Yoga teacher. He formed Kalyan Yoga with his wife in 2020 after they both graduated from the Hridaya Teacher Training Course in Mazunte, Mexico. Since then they have offered Hridaya Hatha Yoga classes, yoga courses for beginners and more advanced practitioners, meditation workshops, silent meditation retreats and more.
It was in 2016 when Adam first practiced Hridaya Yoga and he has been sharing the practice since 2019. He has completed the Hridaya Teacher Training Course, which is a 500 hour course and includes two 10 day silent meditation retreats and a solitary retreat in the dark room. He has also completed four additional yoga modules at the school and various other group and solitary retreats across the world.
In the lead-up to his teacher training in Mexico, Adam spent several months as a Karma Yogi at Hridaya Yoga. How can we practice yoga on and off the mat? This time spent practising Karma Yoga was very challenging, and the effects are still being integrated.
