Fitness and movement have always been a part of my life, it has taken me around the world and into various environments and settings. For the past almost two decades I have had the opportunity to learn from many different teachers and teach all styles and levels. I feel extremely lucky to have had so many opportunities to mold and sculpt my own personal style, and as I continue to learn and experience, I continue to develop and grow. I love the enjoyed movement brings and the communities that are formed.
The last 8 years has also brought me to yoga, studying under various teachers across multiple countries and teaching in several different settings. I love that yoga is more than the physical movement, it is a way of experiencing life, a way of being. You don’t practice yoga to get better at yoga, you practice yoga to get better at living!
