Bonnie Llewellyn

Yoga has been a pivotal part of Bonnie’s life and journey of self-discovery for around 10 years.  It is her passion to share the wisdom and practices that she has benefited from, and found so life-enhancing.
Teaching regular classes in Haumoana for the past four years as ‘Cape Yoga’, Bonnie offers an embodied slow flow (vinyasa).  Led with heart and grace, movement melded with music and intentionality

to provide the space and guidance for you to explore your inner landscape, and edges of challenge or resistance with compassion.  Each practice with Bonnie is an invitation to enter a portal ‘from you, through you, to YOU’.  To remember, and embody your essence and inherent wholeness.
