Ella from Align with Elle has been practising yoga for the last 10 years. She has found restorative & slower forms of yoga beneficial for calming the monkey mind and helping with anxiety to guide people back to a sense of balance. After training in yin yoga in 2020, she found her passion for Yoga Nidra meditation and Restorative yoga, training at Anahata Yoga Retreat in Takaka. Ella teaches classes around the Tasman where she lives.
