Hannah is passionate about the mind-body-spirit connection and a holistic approach to wellbeing. She has always been interested in movement – originally with a passion for dance and then drawn to yoga more than a decade ago. Primarily for the physical benefits, now experiences mental benefits and lifestyle changes. After completing significant training in Yoga and Meditation, she broadened her education with several other disciplines such as Mat and Reformer Pilates, Aerial, Barre, Spin, and Reiki Healing. Having experienced burnout and witnessed the world’s busyness, Hannah prefers to teach less rigorous classes with attention to balance, flexibility, and mobility.
