Every Añjali Mudrā, every head bow, and every breath shared in class feels like a little love note from my heart to yours. It’s an acknowledgment of the time we spend together in the collective energy of our practice, the moments of joy and peace, and the deep connection yoga invites us to cultivate.

Through years of personal practice and teaching, I’ve been drawn to the essence of yoga – what it means to return to ourselves, to move with intention, and to meet each moment with curiosity. I’m committed to sharing this practice in a way that honours tradition, while gently inviting the unfolding journey of self-discovery.

Grounded in the strength of Haṭha and Ashtānga, and softened by the stillness of Yin and the care of Trauma-Sensitive yoga, my classes weave structure with softness. You’re invited to move at your own pace, to listen to your body, and to find your rhythm one breath at a time.

My intention is to hold a space that feels steady and open, where you can feel grounded, supported, and free to explore your bliss in simply being 〰️

Meet more of the tribe.
