Veshanti Deva

Yoga has been part of my life for as long as I can remember — both of my parents are yoga teachers, so movement and mindfulness have always been close to me. Through my own practice, I discovered a love for teaching and have been exploring the full spectrum of yoga — from the quieter, introspective yin to the stronger, dynamic side like vinyasa, where breath and movement flow together.

Yoga has played a big role in my healing and personal growth, and in my classes I try to create a space where people can slow down, connect with themselves, and move in a way that feels right. I also work with women’s rites of passage, as marking life’s transitions with ritual is deeply meaningful to me.
