Yuka’s journey with yoga began quite differently from many others. While many yoga teachers felt an instant connection to the practice, her first experience wasn’t exactly a positive one. It took another ten years before she stepped onto the mat again. Since completing her teacher training in Melbourne, Yuka has been teaching various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Bikram.
Today, yoga is an integral part of her life—something she never imagined would happen. Never thought! Never say never.
Yuka believes that yoga is a journey, not a destination. She is passionate about guiding others through their practice, from high-energy flows to mindful, grounding movements.
