I’m excited to be a part of the Nelson Yoga Festival. I teach Moving with Manaaki – yoga and mindfulness classes to adults, kids and families around Te Whanganui-a-Tara/Wellington at studios, community centres, schools, workplaces and festivals!
Manaaki means to support, take care of, and show respect and generosity for others. In the context of the yoga mat, we will be moving with manaaki as I guide you to tune into and care for hauora, your physical, mental, spiritual and social health. You can expect a real and relaxed atmosphere where you’ll be encouraged to connect with yourself and take what you need to find organic, primal flow, without judgement of self or of others. There will be some breathwork, some vinyasa, some balances, and probably some laughter too! I cater to all levels and bodies – everyone is welcome as anyone can yoga.
