Louisa Rix is a Hypnosis practitioner, Reiki Master, and Psychic based in the Waikato. She works with women who are self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and tired of understanding their patterns without being able to shift them. Women who have done the reading, the therapy, the inner work, and still find themselves reacting the same way, carrying the same tension, wondering why knowing hasn’t been enough to change it.
Her work sits at the intersection of hypnosis, Reiki energy work, and body-led listening. She works with what the body is actually holding, including inherited patterns from family and past lives, and creates enough safety for it to start letting go. The shifts that happen in her work tend to be lasting, the kind that reorganise a life from the inside out.
