Julie began her yoga journey in 2013 when she found a yoga therapy book at a used bookstore. It somehow found her at a time where she was questioning her truth and purpose in life. Practicing yoga has not only helped find her purpose, but also in helping others heal to discover theirs.
She has run retreats in Australia on conscious eating with up and coming chefs and plans to host more retreats in New Zealand and overseas.

2018 – Foundations of Kundalini Yoga Therapy, 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training
2019 – Certified Practioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, and Reiki
