Bruna’s journey into self-discovery began early in life through a deep curiosity about existence, consciousness, and what it means to be a spiritual being living a human experience. Drawn to spirituality, nature, and personal growth, she spent her youth exploring different practices, beliefs, and ways of living that encouraged a deeper connection with herself and the world around her.
At 18, Bruna chose a different path from the traditional university route. Instead, she left her home country and embarked on what she calls “the University of Life” — travelling the world, learning new languages, immersing herself in different cultures, and seeking experiences that would expand her understanding of life and human potential.
Yoga became a central part of her journey. Bruna travelled to India twice, where she deepened her studies in yoga philosophy, meditation, Reiki, and Ayurvedic massage therapy, accumulating over 600 hours of training and certifications. These experiences strengthened her connection to yoga not only as a practice, but as a path of self-awareness, presence, and transformation.
Since 2015, Bruna has been teaching yoga and sharing tools that support greater awareness, wellbeing, and connection. Her work weaves together yoga, movement, mindfulness, and holistic living, creating experiences that encourage people to reconnect with themselves and live with greater intention.
Bruna has a natural gift for bringing people together and guiding them back to the heart of their spiritual essence. Through empowering experiences, she creates spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to connect more deeply with themselves and with one another.
As a yoga teacher, Bruna is known for offering practices that go beyond movement. Her classes invite people to access their inner power, soften into presence, and remember the strength and wisdom that already live within them.
Not here to teach perfection, but to create connection.
Through transformational retreats, workshops, community events, and meaningful experiences, Bruna supports people in living *Yoga as a lifestyle* not as a pursuit of perfection, but as a way of creating connection, presence, and a more conscious life.
