Tash Coneybeer

With years of personal practice and teaching experience, Tash has been drawn to the heart of yoga 〰️ returning to oneself, moving with intention and meeting each moment with curiosity. Her classes offer a grounded and supportive space where students are encouraged to explore their practice in a way that feels authentic and sustainable for them.

Her teaching blends the strength and structure of Haṭha and Ashtānga with the stillness and introspection of Yin, all guided by somatic, trauma-informed and mental health-aware principles. This approach weaves steadiness with softness, inviting students to move mindfully, listen deeply to their bodies, and discover their own rhythm + flow.

Tash trained at Rishikul Yogshala in Rishikesh and has continued her studies in New Zealand, including BodyWise Somatic Training, TCTSY Foundation Training and Mental Health-Aware Yoga. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200) and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider® (YACEP®), qualified to offer continuing education courses for fellow yoga teachers.

Through her teaching, Tash aims to support and guide students as they deepen their connection to breath, body + self. She believes yoga is a lifelong wave of awareness and discovery, unfolding one breath at a time.
