With over a decade of dedicated practice, Tash has immersed herself deeply as a student and in the teachings of yoga. For the past five years, she has shared the wisdom of this ancient practice at her boutique yoga sanctuary, Yogabee, nestled in Whanganui.

Under the guidance of revered Gurus at Rishikul Yogshala, Tash is well-versed in diverse traditional practices and more recently she completed the Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Foundational Training, further enriching her knowledge of yoga’s healing potential, particularly for individuals who have experienced trauma.

Tash passionately integrates her understanding of traditional yoga practices with trauma-informed and mental health yoga, designing classes that cultivate balance, creativity, fluidity, and strength. Drawing inspiration from her personal practice, Tash offers an invitation to explore your inner landscape, learning to find bliss in simply being.
