My name is Rashmi. I have been practicing Meditation for over 5 years now. I used the lockdown period to get deeper into learning more about meditation practices and expanding my horizons by becoming a meditation teacher. I believe very strongly in “self-love first”. Through my internal journey with Meditation, I have learned to love myself and treat myself with kindness and compassion. I do feel that sometimes we get very busy in life and forget to thank yourselves for experiencing all that life has to offer, this includes blessings and lessons. Through my practice I take a moment to refill my cup, to present my best foot forward to all who I love and adore. I wish to spread love light and positivity in the world.
