abun.dance club offers monthly somatic & ecstatic dance events in Hawkes Bay led by Kelly Allport, Carly Phillips, Amanda Sowersby & Shanti Belk. Who each bring their different dance backgrounds, training & teaching to lead you through your dance revival. This unique approach to facilitating brings a solid support & held feeling into the dance teaching space for each other & in turn, you! Each event is worked around a theme dreamed up by them all which is expressed through the music they choose to the movement they guide you through.
