Karlin’s classes blend steady, strength-building yoga focused on breath and the feeling of the body in motion.
As the body moves, emotions often reorganise themselves. No analysis required. Simply breathe and move.

Based in Pōneke/Wellington, Karlin teaches across several studios and spends as much time as possible outdoors, learning from the rhythms of Nature.
She also offers regular Yoga Nidra Journeys – guided deep rest sessions, and dabbles in writing about midlife vitality, hormones and living closer to natural rhythms.
