Meet Emmie – a passionate and experienced yoga teacher who’s been sharing her love of yoga for around eight years. Emmie teaches a wide range of styles including Hatha, Flow, Yin, Restorative, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. She regularly guides classes for the wonderful people in her local community and creates welcoming spaces for all.
At this year’s event, Emmie is excited to share one of her favourite Yin-Yang flows, Walking The Dragon – a grounding yet energising practice that brings balance and strength.
Emmie also runs regular yoga and wellness retreats in the beautiful Wairarapa, as well as in vibrant overseas destinations including the Pacific Islands and India. She’s always happy to chat about yoga, meditation, or just connect – so feel free to say hi during the festival weekend. She’s looking forward to meeting you on the mat!
