Katie Greengrass is a dedicated Yoga Teacher with over 1,500 hours of training completed throughout Indiaand more than a decade devoted to the study and practice of Yoga. Her teaching weaves together ancient Yogic wisdom with mindful movement, alignment, pranayama & meditation and mindfulness. Katie is passionate about keeping the lineage alive whilst ensuring the practices are approachable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Katie believes that the Yoga we learn on the mat is a direct metaphor for life, and what we take away with us, what we live and breathe is the real practice.
