Rachael Fleming discovered yoga after moving to Pōneke in 2016, looking for a sense of grounding and community in a new city. With a background in dance, she was immediately drawn to the way yoga weaves together movement, breath and mindfulness.
Her classes are relaxed, playful and alignment-focused. Rachael believes yoga should be accessible, joyful and free from pressure—less about striving for the “perfect” pose and more about leaving class feeling lighter, stronger and more connected to yourself.
As co-founder of Good Company Yoga, Rachael is passionate about social yoga—a relaxed, inclusive practice where the people matter just as much as the poses. Every class ends with coffee, wine or a chat nearby, because some of the best moments happen after savasana
