Amy Letourneau

Amy is a Caribbean-born, Canadian-raised and Raglan based yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training in Traditional Hatha, Yin Yoga, meditation, and pranayama. She is also a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator. Growing up between the ocean and the mountains, movement and a deep connection with the body have always been central to her life. Her curiosity for the traditions, philosophy, and transformative effects of yoga continues to inspire he practice and teaching. She has shared her classes with communities across Canada, the Cayman Islands, Mexico, and New Zealand. Amy weaves conscious breath into mindful movement, integrating pranayama throughout each class to cultivate presence, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection between body and mind. Whether guiding an energising Hatha-inspired flow, a grounding yin or restorative practice, or a seated breathwork and meditation, she creates an accessible, grounding space where students are invited to move with awareness, breathe with intention, and reconnect with themselves. Blending traditional yogic teachings with modern nervous system practices, Amy is passionate about sharing simple yet powerful tools that students can carry beyond the mat and into everyday life.
