I’m a yoga and meditation teacher and a thai massage therapist. In my yoga classes I focus on moving with the breath to drop into the body and get out of the head.
I am passionate about finding the balance between being and doing, movement and stillness, strength and fluidity, discipline and freedom. My approach is non dogmatic and my intention is to give you the space to tune into your body and come back home to yourself. With an emphasis on body awareness and clarifying needs and boundaries, I offer support in building and strengthening authentic connections and reconnecting to your feelings. I believe in empathy, compassion and respect. Giving support that is free of judgement and to be fully present with another person is the base of my work.
My own experience of yoga, meditation and bodywork as a tool for transformation and to aid recovery from mental illness, trauma and stress fuels my desire to share the life-enhancing benefits of these practices with others.
