Bri Ellingham

Bri has studied Ashtanga and Hatha asana, classical yoga philosophy, Sanskrit chanting, and meditation in South India and holds an RYT 200HR teacher certification. She focuses on a holistic yoga practise to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellness. Her teaching style incorporates traditional yoga philosophy and Sanskrit chanting and counting. “I want my students to do well and get the most out of each session. We come to yoga for many different reasons and I support each person and what they need out of their practice.”
