Movement and mindful practices such as yoga have shifted and changed my life. This is what drove me to step into the yoga facilitation space. I have completed over 300 hours of yoga training, and I am currently completing an additional 300-hour Trauma Informed Facilitator training.
It is my intention to create spaces where all bodies are welcomed, empowered and able to be exactly as they are. I love how through yoga we can help to regulate our own nervous systems which in turn supports all of those around us.
