I began practicing Ashtanga yoga in 1999. On moving to the United States in 2005 I certified as a
yoga teacher in power vinyasa at a Baptiste affiliated studio. Since then, I have studied with many international teachers, practiced, and taught other styles of yoga, including yin and therapeutic and wellness-based styles.
I aim to inspire yoga students to be the best version of themselves, to feel empowered and well grounded. I do this by walking the room and being available to the students, providing safe adjustments and encouraging self-enquiry.
