Hi there! My name is Jarnah Snee. I am a Yoga Teacher and a Registered Nurse with a passion for health and well-being.I first started a daily yoga practice over 10 years ago after having my first child felt a deep awakening and need to share just how beneficial yoga can be for your mind, body, and soul. This lead me to complete my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Nico Luce in 2017. I teach intuitive and grounding Power Yoga, Hatha, and Vinyasa practices for beginners through to intermediate students.
I am a Hawkes Bay local girl who has always had a interest in health and wellness. After completing my bachelor of nursing degree I ventured overseas to broaden my nursing knowledge and experience of different cultures. My travels took me all around the world and after attending a heart opening retreat in Bali it was then that I felt a true passion for yoga which ignited my daily practice.
After moving back home to New Zealand I had the opportunity to complete my 200hr Teacher Training with Nico Luce which opened my eyes and my mind.
I teach Hatha, Power Yoga, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, bringing a deep sense of release and calm to my practice.
I have a great interest in breathwork and recently attended the Wim Hof Method experience where we used breathwork and cold exposure to go deep inside, challenging the body, physically and mentally.
I will be bringing a touch of breathwork to my practices this weekend to invigorate your mind body and soul
