José and Anaïs

Jose Ignacio and Anaïs began their journey into wellness amidst the global uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic in New Zealand. During this time, they discovered solace and connection through the practice of yoga. Together, they explored Partner-Yoga and Acroyoga, which not only brought them closer but also laid the foundation for their deepening relationship. This shared commitment to holistic practices inspired their collaborative project, “Wellness for Couples,” reflecting their dedication to fostering meaningful relationships through wellness.

In their work, Jose Ignacio and Anaïs focus on the critical role of physical touch and shared experiences, elements that many missed during the pandemic lockdowns. Their workshops offer more than just yoga or massage; they are an invitation to engage in laughter, play, and reconnection in a world where digital interactions often overshadow personal contact. Believing that wellness is a shared journey, they aim to enhance both physical and emotional health, thereby enriching spiritual connections as well. As they move forward, Jose and Anaïs are eager to invite couples to embrace the transformative power of shared wellness practices, strengthening bonds through the joyous exploration of partnership and touch.
