I’m Kim Churton and my career started as a speech and language therapist, deeply involved in the world of neurorehabilitation. Along the way, I took a detour, earning a Masters in Health Management to broaden my understanding of healthcare dynamics.
In the realm of movement and well-being, I’m a certified Pilates instructor, Barre practitioner, and a Yoga teacher (RYS 200 Yoga Alliance). I’ve also recently completed a Diploma in Life Coaching and use a combination of these skills to lead groups on wellbeing retreats.
Nestled in the heart of West Melton, I’m honoured to share my passion through Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and holistic wellbeing. My approach is all about the subtle dance between mind and body, embracing movement as a form of healing.
At the upcoming festival, join me for session of Yoga-lates fusion. It’s an exploration, drawing from a love of music, movement, a little bit of dance and a fusion of Pilates and Yoga. Let’s connect, learn, and move together in this journey of well-being.
