Rhonda is a qualified International Hatha Yoga Teacher from Victoria, Australia. Her classes are gentle but powerful and are available to all regardless of fitness level, ability, spirituality, age or body shape. Her yoga classes focus on opening deep connective tissue, increasing flexibility, strengthening and toning the body.
