Kia Ora. I am Sekita-Ra. I have been learning about various limbs of yoga since traveling to India as a child. I have supported people to learn, grow and transform as they breath and move in their body since 2005. Intially as an Outdoor Instructor at Outward Bound NZ and now as a Midwife and Yoga Teacher in Nelson NZ.
Breath/pranayama and body movement/yoga asanas can support us to be anchor in the present moment and to shift our body, mind and energetic experience.
