Valentina from Chile felt in love with yoga 17 years ago after a sport injury. Since the very first class she attended she knew that her path was going to explore this discipline until she could be able to share it with others. Today she teaches in Tasman Vinyasa flow through yoga asanas combined into a flowing sequence connected and directed by the breath. Her eloquence and passion in teaching make her classes fun and with a good amount of challenge. An invitation to connect in a deeper level with the possibilities of movement, rhythm & breath to flow meaningfully into a moving meditation.
