Claire McIntosh Phillips

Claire started her yoga journey over 16 years ago. Over the past 9 years she has seen and experienced the power and healing that yoga has for everyone. She teaches Martinborough community yoga classes and one on one sessions from her home studio and online classes via Zoom.

She takes her inspiration from classical yoga combining elements of the eight limbs of yoga to balance her students through each class to bring balance to mind, body and breath.
