Kelly Gill Brydon

Kelly fell in love with yoga many moons ago and has been teaching mindful movement in different forms for almost two decades. Her nurturing approach to teaching supports her students to a gentle understanding of breath, posture and integrated movement.
She specialises in offering feminine inspired yoga practices that invite you to close your eyes and explore the rich landscape of your breath and internal sensations. Supporting students to leave feeling nourished, cared for and deeply connected, to their own being and to the wider yoga community. Kelly weaves poetry and self massage into her teaching as well as sharing aspects of other movement modalities she has studied.
