My connection with the practice of yoga brings me awareness, joy, serenity, challenge and nourishment and allows me to be the very best version of myself, on and off my mat. It is my heartfelt intention to reflect this authentically in the space I hold for others as they explore and connect to themselves through their practice.
I have been sharing yoga with others since 2016. I opened my studio, Your Own Yoga in 2019 and my offerings include Hatha, Yin, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Kids’ Yoga, Sensory Yoga, 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training and one-on-one yoga with individuals with neurodiversities and/or additional needs.
Your Own Yoga NZ offers a practice tailored to the uniqueness of you. It is individualised, personalised and responsive Yoga based on what you and your body need on any given day, at any given time. Your Own Yoga balances movement, breath and stillness to suit your body and is suitable for anybody and EVERY-body.
